Shohreh Shaghaghian

 

 

I am currently a PhD candidate at McGill University. I work under the supervision of Prof. Mark Coates. I got my B.Sc. and M.Sc. degree at the Department of Electrical Engineering, Sharif University of Technology, Tehran, Iran.

     

Research Experience:

McGill University:

Infer the information dissemination dynamic based on peripheral measurements of activity and correlation in social and financial networks.

- Propose a novel algorithm to optimally diffuse information through intermittently connected opportunistic Delay Tolerant Networks (DTNs).

Sharif University of Technology:

Designed a novel time-frequency resource allocation scheme to mitigate the inter-cell interference in multi-cell OFDMA networks.
